Better Discovering Late than Too Late
I met a gentleman and we were both divorced with kids. I was professionally successful and independent. He met my kids on numerous occasions, but I have never met his children after almost a year- he has been blaming a bad relationship with the ex. He was laid back, relaxed and lacked any ambition.
I was 38 at the time, and wanted another child, and finally built up the nerve to press him to which he responded he didn’t want any more children. I was devastated, not realizing this at the outset. Within six months of concluding the relationship, I found a great match a few years younger, and now have a healthy one-year old child.
